Built on Water: Ontario and Inland Southern California focuses on the history, present and future of water in the Ontario region and the Chino Basin. The exhibit brings together the story of local water agencies, regional tribes, agriculture, water conservation, and the establishment of the City of Ontario.

The exhibit contains a wide variety of artifacts to bring to life the history of water in the area. Engaging graphics and a series of fun and playful interactives help visitors understand the importance of their role within the water system.

Developed with Picnic Design. Red Cape Studio was hired to design the physical layout, structures and interactive elements for the exhibition.
